You are to acknowledge that it is the strong warriors that immerse themselves in a path of growth. They are willing to brave the wild seas and the dark nights, because ultimately their souls know it is through the storms that sunshine breaks through. Enlightenment of the soul. It is the sunshine that finally warms us; it envelops us in warmth and safety. For with the light, we know the darkness, the uncertainty and the hurts have ended, for now. It is the true wise one that wishes for more storms, as they trust the process. They seek growth. But most of all, they believe in the light, that it will surely come, when the storm is over, and they will be warmed again.

Letter to my shadow

I AM.

Hello Shadow,

I wanted to thank you for your darkness,
For it is from you that I seek light.
You create contrast.
You let me feel the depths of my soul.
You hold within you my fears, worries and concerns.
You know my troubles,
My inner obstacle course.

You create contrasts.
You give me something to compare to.
Sometimes I don't like the fact that you exist,
And I want you gone completely.

I don't want to live in fear,
I don't want to believe in lack.
It is you that seeks to control and protect me,
But you only cause me worry.
So keep your perceived problems to yourself!

For,
I live in a world of abundance and opportunity.
I'm surrounded by love and light always.
I have many angelic beings around me always.
I believe in the divine,
I love music,
I love love,
I love life,
I love people,
I love animals,
I love experiences,
I love helping people to help themselves.
I love positive energy,
I love getting excited,
And I love deep belly laughs.
I love smiling frequently.

I AM.
I am powerful, beautiful, angelic, divine, in tune, creative, artistic, intelligent.
I am happy,
I am in love,
I am loved.
I have created my beautiful life.
I'm full of healthy energy.
I smile lots.
I love freely.
I stand my ground.
I express myself openly and honestly.
I am a beautiful human being full of love and light.
I enjoy this journey.
I am loved.
I am loved for all that I am in each and every minute.
I AM.

God is within me, not without.

Give power to all my magnificent friends and loved ones who seek to make this life and this world better. Who create and tap into the positive stream of life energy, and take their share, lighting up the world, encouraging others, being their own leaders and smiling at all those leading their own path.

Go forth! Fellow light workers.

Can YOU change? I believe YOU CAN!

Can you change?
I believe you can!

You: “But look what’s around me, who’s around me, look where I am.”
Me: “I know, I can see that. I believe you can be greater than the last thought you had about yourself. I then believe you can be greater than the next thought you hold about yourself.”

See we are all made up of thought, and what it is you truly see yourself to be. To BE is what I refer to. What is it you wish To BE? Happy, healthy, loving, kind? Have a look at what exactly it is you wish To BE.
BE THAT!

Emphasis on BE. It is not what I want you to DO. I will not use that word; for it is in To BE I am more interested. We can all choose what it is we wish To BE. And most of you already have the answer to this question within you. The big question, or problem shall I say, is that I see so many of you living in fear of being what it is you wish To BE. You know what it is, but fear holds you back from it. How do you feel, if it is that I suggest you lose this fear? (down the back of the couch, hehe) REALLY! Truly! What IF YOU LOSE THE FEAR?

Please imagine for 5 mins, life for yourself without this fear. Please visualise now. Did you feel the sunshine bearing down on you? The warmth of this new energy? Can you feel your shoulders relaxing, your spine straightening, your feet, you are aware of your connection to the Earth? Smile. I know you want to, because I know you feel great in this moment. Without fear as your friend.

Stay in this moment. As you smile at how good you are feeling, next for 30 seconds, I want you to feel/imagine being THAT which you desire To BE, the elusive dream and desire you have for yourself. You are being that right now in this moment, behind your closed eyes. You are being all that you wish To BE right now. MAGNIFICENCE!

Time to take responsibility for ourselves.

Walk barefoot, hear the sounds of the birds, feel the sun, wind, and air. YOU are in tune with the Earth and all her beauty. You are of the earth and part of the earth. It is for your balance that you spend time in nature. It is good for your spirit and your growth. As it is good for all Mother nature’s creatures. To feel the winds, and seasons upon your flesh. As the time changes and the winds drift, waves crash, people fall and rise. There is so much about the process of life that you humans choose to ignore, day in, day out. Instead of seeking to be a part of all that life is. To be a part of life.

You have a choice. Be aware of the decisions that you make and on what grounds you make them. Make them with a clear head, and an honest heart. And do not make a decision for others, but for yourself. It is for you to choose, the life that you live and lead, on this earth.

It is all about YOU dear one. It is all about you and the choices you make to support or go against yourself. It is in your power to always make decisions that support you and the dream you hold for your life and where it will lead you in the future. Whatever decision you make we will support you and guide you to the best ways to go about achieving your goals and dreams.

You are not alone. You know that now.

The earth is a place for you to live and find shelter. To make a life for yourself, wherever you choose to make it. You happen to be blessed with a country of growth and development, both spiritually and mentally. You have many educated spirits that can help you on whatever path you choose. Do not forget the opportunity for growth. It is always just outside your door, and the walls of your mind.

You too set these walls around your mind and your consciousness. You set the limits to your beliefs and dreams. It is not imposed on you by any person or deity. The deity is there for you to choose too. The way in which you follow god or don’t follow god in this life is left up to you. Take it or leave it. Live it or love it. The choice is still forever yours.

There will always be a loving energy waiting for you when you cross over from this life, whether you want there to be or not. You will be surrounded by love, as there is a big experience in crossing over that you may or may not be familiar with.

The choice is yours to be in this moment or the next, or to not live in this moment or the next, and look back in years to come and wonder what it was like or how it felt at this time, because you will not know dear one. AS you are not living in the moment, you are worrying about everything but the moment. Do not hold with you responsibilities of others. It is not your position to do so. You are welcome to worry yourself, with others business, but dear one it is not for you to worry about. Worry is a strange word, cause what does it really imply? That you are concerned about something. Something that is always and forever in the hands of God.

You cannot change what IS. You can only experience and learn from what IS. You have a choice to respond to a situation in whatever way you choose, which will lead to other circumstances, that you too will have to make a decision about. There are always decisions. There is so much mental chatter. It does not get you far. Action and solace get you far. The choice to move and do something, or sit still in peace in the moment. That is what achieves something. DO not give the brain space to useless negative information.

Now is your choice to live positively in the moment, and the next moment and the next. Now is the moment you choose to react/act differently, with love and peace in your heart.

Be proud of your beliefs and your conduct in life. You are responsible for your behaviour and only you. We are here to help you along your path, to help you find the place you want to be, and to provide guidance to get you there, WE will provide you with advice and insight on the way.

We appreciate you spending time to hear what we say, and the advice that we give. AS this too comes from experience.

Do not deny your heart permission to speak.

Do not deny your heart a voice.

Do not deny your heart the right to joy.

Do not deny your heart the right to love.

Do not deny your heart to feel love in every corner and facet of its being.

Do not deny your heart a choice, to be loved eternally.

For now and forever.

To deny your heart these things, is to deny your spirit life. It is not how it is meant to be dear one.

Your behaviour from this moment on is your choice. You own that. And you own the person you present to the world. You own that appearance. You own the energy you surround yourself with, and put out to others to feel.

Be YOU, NOW and ALWAYS. In this moment and the next…and the next.

Now is the time.

Now is the choice.

Choose LOVE dear one, choose LOVE.

Always.

Believe in yourself!

Believe in yourself. Are you not worth believing in? Of course you are dear one. We believe in you. Imagine how your world would change if you took it on yourself to just believe. Believe in your strength and your abilities to make changes to your life and the lives of others. You have the power to be someone. You have the power to inspire and create a beautiful world around you. At the very least, a beautiful world around you. The world that you live in, day in, day out.

You are very special to us dear one. And why are you not special to yourself? Most of you do many lovely things for others, for the people you love, but that does not include yourself. How sad this makes us. You see, you care for others more than you care for yourself. Do you know the power you can give to your own life? The creative power you enhance by being you and believing in the things you do. Believe you work from a place of good, A place in your heart that cares about you first and others second.

This is not selfish as you would believe, and be taught to believe. You are never encouraged to take care of yourself first, in fear that you will take it too far and not care about others at all. But care about others you will. For when you love yourself first, you are able to love others more. As you do not spend time seeking the love and approval of others, as you have all the support and love for yourself in your own heart, in your own spirit and zest for life.

You support yourself. You give to yourself the life you deserve and want to live. Others second dear ones, others second. This is not wrong that too would be a misconception, a belief, a certain stance seen by others as wrong and as not accepted by our society. I wish to change that, I wish to give the power back to you, to believe in yourselves first and others second.

You are entitled to be the powerful being you came here to be. Do you not think that God your creator wants you to take your power and run with it? He said, “Here, this is where you will live, these are the opportunities available to you. Go for it! I’ll see you at the finish line. I will love you then, as I love you now, and as I will love you throughout the whole game. I will be there when you call, I will be there when you cry, I’ll be there when you battle down the hatches and run for cover. I will be there when you smile, and when you cry. When you bring a child into this world and when someone is returned to me. I am there. I am there in each breath, and I am there when your breath stops. For then you will be with me. And I will hold you in my arms again, and talk about your time, and how you enjoyed every moment and experience. I will listen to you, but know, that I was there through it all, the good and the bad. I was there. I love you.”
