I would like YOU to show yourself some LOVE. You are a wonderful human being, you have so much to share with the world. You give so much of yourself. It’s time for you to give to yourself.
I’m talking about being kind to yourself in as many ways as possible for the remaining weeks of 2017. I’d like you to do what you love as often as time and circumstance allow you to.
Walks in nature
Relaxing bath
Lighting candles
Buying yourself a gift, maybe a new candle, bunch of flowers or perfume.
Take time to read a book.
Sit in the sunshine
Be with loved ones.
Get a massage.
Whatever it is, that YOU LOVE to do, that makes YOU feel GOOD.
I hope you enjoy the rest of 2017. I wish you great health and happiness.
