I love this quote from Mother Teresa! She was very clear about what she would give her energy to. I believe we are made up of energy, and I believe our energy can affect another persons energy. We can affect people with our choice of words and we can affect people by our presence and the energy we carry. In saying that, I believe the only energy we need to concern ourself with is our own. You can only change yourself. And take steps every day to purify your own energy, via what we choose to consume, and what we choose to think about.
My tip is to focus your energy and time on what you LOVE and what brings you JOY, what makes your HEART SING.
For energy spent on anything other than that is wasted.
For TRUE HAPPINESS to grow, fill your mind with positive thoughts,.....you may say this is too hard........I say that you only have to change one thought at a time, by making your next thought more positive than the last. Practice this, it gets easier!
