I feel inspired to speak about Heart space/ heart mind.
Whether you are aware of it or not, you actually do think with your heart. For many of us, we follow our hearts guidance every day. Choosing who we will sit with and play with. Who will we listen to and give our respect.
What is it that they speak of, that makes you feel inspired to make a choice or make a change in your own world?
These people speak with passion about a topic they themselves are exploring through their hearts guidance system.
Really, if you think about it, when you are doing an activity, why are you doing it? Of course, sometimes the answer will be, because I have to, it’s my work, it’s how I get things done, essential things.
Yes yes! I understand, is my response. But what about when it gets to the weekend, and you have time to CHOOSE. What do you CHOOSE? I can guarantee your first choice is one of the heart. Whether you turn to your loved ones and tell them how you feel. Or whether you invite your loved ones to join you on an activity or adventure that makes your heart sing. Or whether you choose to spend time alone, walk in nature or read a book. This my friend is Heart space. This my dear neighbours is Heart-mind.
You have in this instance actually followed the guidance of your heart. Because where do you think the emotion we call “happy” comes from? the HEART. Yes, that’s Right! Emotions of love and joy are based in the heart space.
And you just thought it pumped blood around your body…
I have no doubt, in time, scientists if not already acknowledging this, they will in time, recognize and acknowledge heart health to be a disease of the emotions.
Oh yeah, we are going deep now.
The heart is the very emotion filled organ.
Have you known someone who has experienced heart disease, who hasn’t experienced an emotional situation in their life that they haven’t been able to effectively process and deal with? I don’t!
It is very interesting when you start to explore the emotion behind the disease.
Even myself, I experienced a trip to the ER due to chest pains, that represented to medical staff a heart attack! A heart attack!! Are you serious!! I’m 35years old!!!!
I had been eating a fairly healthy diet, and continued to be active. Apart from family history there was really no tell-tale signs to lead me to heart disease. But what I can tell you, is that I was going through the most stressful time of my life!! My 5 y.o son with Autism Spectrum disorder was going to start school in a few months!!
Now I understand that may not sound stressful to you, and mostly only people with a child with a disability could understand the specifics, but what I am asking you to accept is my honesty when I say ABSOLUTELY I was under enough stress to create a heart attack.
Now thankfully, it turned out NOT to be a heart attack, but doctors informed me that our physical body can actually create symptoms of a heart attack, as a warning to a person to have a good look at their life and how they are living. That emotions, stress and the heart are absolutely connected and one does affect the other. This faux heart attack intends to persuade the patient to pursue a healthier lifestyle. In my case, stress reduction was the first point I needed to address!
Your heart space is where you FEEL from!!!!
Your heart space, is where all your actions should be driven from, if you are seeking personal growth, happiness and contentment.
It is here in the heart that you are to find the answers to greater health and happiness.
It is here in the heart that you will find happiness, if you follow your hearts guidance system.
For your heart knows exactly what will bring you joy and experience happiness.
LISTEN to your heart.
You can do this by quietening the mind and listening to your souls calling. Listen to your inner guidance directing you towards your golden pathway, the pathway of your soul.
That pathway in which you made a contract to walk before you came to this earth, this incarnation.
For you had a plan, and you have a plan! I can help you to move towards remembering that plan. Meditation is where you can truly acknowledge your inner most feelings. Your soul and your spirit family are always trying to guide you to that will bring you the greatest growth, self-awareness, and happiness and contentment in this lifetime.
Today’s lesson, is
1) to open your mind to the possibility that you actually have a heart mind.
2) Become aware that there is a very real connection between your emotions and your physical heart.
3) And to recognise that your heart mind does in fact seek to guide you every day towards experiencing your life’s true purpose.
